The NDA has set up the “North Highland Regeneration Fund Ltd” to administer the fund;

NHRF Ltd Directors are: John Thurso, MP (Chairman); David Flear (The Highland Council); Neil Robertson (New Park); Professor John Fyfe (independent consultant); and Randall Bargelt (NDA)

NHRF Ltd operates largely independently of the NDA but adheres to the same principles;

New Park Management are contracted to oversee the fund on a day-to-day basis;
